While on contract at our client’s site, SkyBridge Aviation Employees are under your direct supervision and management. We take care of all FAA & DOD employment compliance, taxes, payroll, workers comp insurance, and health benefits so our employees are happy and committed for as long as they are needed by our Customers. We simply bill by the hour at a competitive price. The rest is taken care of for you. This gives you the flexibility and cost savings to add additional technical support to complete your most urgent customer requirements.
CONTRACT TO HIRE
With a low unemployment rate and a war for talent, many Clients choose this service to identify and test highly skilled talent on contract first before hiring them direct.
